Is a distil (spirit) produced by fresh grape musts distillation (juice grape) "Pisco Grapes" recently fermented using methods that maintain the traditional principle as laid down in recognized production areas.
Pisco areas with A.O. (Appelation of Origin) Tacna, Moquegua, Arequipa, Ica & Lima (Peru).
